They mainly sell their chips to businesses where they may work with the business to maximize their technology for that particular application.  They call this a" design in". 

When the product is tested for a period of time and adjusted upon acceptance it becomes a design win.  The testing may take at least 4 mos but usually longer

The client for the future becomes a very sticky client who will work with S7 many ears into the future.  That to my mind is why the amount of sales is not as important as the number of clients who work with S7 on a design in basis and adopt their technology.
