Neptune, do you know how the cost of acquisitions is reflected in recent balance sheet? You know, I mean for example Sleep Manegement deal with 42.5mil shares worth almost 64mil. at the day of acquisition down to around 10 mil right now. Any write-offs? Are those shares still in escrow? I hope those shares wern't only the paper math, a 'vehicle' to attract investment.
