But anyway, it depends how you calculate the equity after you see the numbers. For exemple, on tmx november 2015 I see 318 millions in receivable, wich we know we wont receive all with a write down in a national sporting goods retailer this Q. you also have 210 millions in inventory, but I think if we face decline in sales, we can reduce it with significant discount on liquidation. finally, you will find 508 millions in goodwill and other asset.. wich is a big amount. when a compagnie have a tough situation, you may see a special charge to reduce the goodwill and other asset, (for exemple liquor store LIQ just did it : charge of 130 million to goodwill 3 weeks ago).
I am long in psg I just bough 1 week ago because I believe in his strong brands if we can only come back to 0.50$ earning in 2017 we have a 8per wich is not too bad. and Itake a chance to follow Sagard :p but 397 millions equity can be reduce rapidely depends how things happen.
