Corazon Mining Limited is an Australia-based mineral resource and exploration company. The Company is an explorer advancing the Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project in Manitoba, Canada, as well as the Mt Gilmore cobalt-copper-gold (Mt Gilmore) and Miriam nickel Sulfide projects (Miriam) in Australia. The Lynn Lake Nickel-Copper-Cobalt Sulfide Project is a significant Class-1 nickel resource. The Mt Gilmore Project is located 35 kilometers from the city of Grafton in north-eastern New South Wales. The Company owns an 80% interest in Mt Gilmore. Mt Gilmore is focused on multiple rare, cobalt-rich sulfide deposits, similar to Cobalt Ridge. 3 Little Things

3 Little Things1) The project gets done - It will, but likely not by these guys. Not enough resources.

2) Sell the asset - To someone or company with depth($ and Talent) in their organization.

3)Taken away from CZN - Company gets bought-out for probably cheaper than the sale of the asset.

Most likely 2). Less hassle than a take-out. Current MGMT gets their payday and on-going deals(Directorships and or other employment). The majority of the work is done.

Forget all the "What-If" scenarios unless they provide substance to a project risk analysis($) by taking a more conservative and realistic approach on revenue and cost. I've stated my views on the current PFS - a poor marketing document and not a business plan.

The current MGMT could loose the company with a take-over.

This is all about money! What the asset is worth now to someone else($/share) or what the asset will produce in dividends($/share/yr) in production for shareholders now and in the future. Nothing more and nothing less. Why did you buy shares?

We're in a ballgame. The Prospector(1928), follow-on companies, Hunt Bros and current MGMT has got this mine to 3rd base. It has sat there for 17+ years. Maybe a skinny little accountant, with good business plan skills, can lay down a sacrifice butt down the 1st baseline and bring this puppy home! LOL!

Current ojective is to get the share price up to reflect the asset value.
