RE:RE:A global brand PWC was contracted for identifying, contacting and qualifying potential licensees. According to a recent PR, Nuvo has ongoing partnering discussions. Consequently,  I believe that PWC has achieved at least part of its mandate. Why hire a VP Business & Development now? I could be for the reason you just mentioned. I dare to hope though that's because they have too much going on in term of out-licensing negotiations right now and they need assistance from someone able to complete the transactions...
