Its Ariquemes Tin Project comprises a land package in Brazil.

RE:% ownership rulesTipping, what about that roll-in ( RTO ) that was discussed last October? If
Ferrometals were to be rolled-in, Sentient would own around 90% of Cancana.
How has it worked in the past with Sentient investments? I'm sure that the lads
in the Caymen Islands know what they're doing and could untangle the worms.
Why would AJ have broached the idea if it wasn't in contention? If they
exercise the warrants, would that signal the beginning of the roll-in process?

I like Heavy's idea of the convertible debenture! That would satisfy both sides
in the interim, as long as the conversion rate is reasonable, i.e. comparable to
the warrant price.

Guess we'll find out in what, about 20 sleeps ... lol
