Looks like they going to remove part of  the advantage of using the Canadian based domicile to purchase additional US based companies with the Deerfield money.  So they are urging congress to enact comprehensive tax code changes to really restrict the “serial inversions”  Not sure if this is another case of bad timing or if this was anticipated and a plan exists to keep the business model up and running through this. No good uptick in the EPS goes unpunished.
