If you only have 100k (which we know you have much more), then you do not present a big risk to others if you sell it all at once. If , on the other hand you have 2 million shares and sell off to make a small profit, you could bring the board and the other retail shareholders to its knees. On small venture stocks, 1 person can override the market - been there, done that
