Shady Takeover
With all the shadiness occuring between RNX and VMS, I'm willing to bet anything that RNX (or someone) purposely drove the price of VMS down prior to the offer.  It seems pretty damn convienant that the bid came in when VMS was at an all time low.  Not impressed.
