I don't think it has an impact at all on PRE's dealings. They don't care what oil is going to be in the spring/summer. These large oil companies are in for the long haul they are looking at futures minimum 1-2 years out and beyond. Oil is never going to stay this low forever and they know it that's why big money is buying these up.
