Jim Hamilton may be an adequate operations and sales manager, but this is still open to debate due to the failure of the company to provide any granular information to the market to date
But it does appear that what he is most definitely NOT, is public company CEO material
I think it safe to say he is devoid of any understanding of his fiduciary responsibilities to the shareholders of a public company
I assume the company will eventually issue some kind of public comment on the state of its business, consistent with the theory that even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and then
And when it does, ask yourself how long prior to such announcement, did management possess such information
(hint on the probable answer: a loooooooooooong time)
Why would any competent management AND BOD sit on such information and watch its stock get decimated?
(hint on answer: they would NOT)
Again, perhaps the company has found a competent operations and sales manager in Hamilton
But whether the BOD realizes it or not, the company has still not found a CEO.
