NF, i'm wiring it over to BVE as we speak.  First order of business is to name you as CEO.  You get us to .10 mark before year end and we have the comeback story of 2016? 

But just to kick around an idea what if this was the plan all along?  Harvey announced for AME last week, has a track record of selling solid properties, and then they would have the cash to develop tomichi deposit?
