So I take it this 36 month merger (after your target companies last merger) moratorium would mean ARLZ could only be merged with a US company (ie Depomed, for example), after 36 months? This wouldn't apply to companies such as Knight etc.

Seems some confidence is returning to biotech sector with Valeant, Pfizer, and Allergen getting some sound footing with their issues, even if the footing isn't advantageous to any of them. Hopefully we can see biotech in general go on a bit of a run here in April. Good time to announce a deal me thinks, or a drug approval.
