D Bag is full of it.you do not get both the dividend and 39000 shares. I believe there are a few options they offer. One is a full 39000 shares per 100K. Another option is Dividend and 20000 share of RNX. This DBag can not read or he is straight out lying to mislead people so he can drive the price up to unload.
