Going back to 1.5

It seems marcket and holdshalders dont trust TH...when will anouce phase 3 result the stock rise to 2$ egain and it will Go back to 1.5$..and when will anouce Q2 th stock rise to 2$ ..and it will Go back to 2$.. The stock will stay around 1.5 - 2$ forever..
