Although the sp is much lower for KLS now due to industry specific items to them, this is exactly what they did that allowed the company to grow bringing large sop gains.

No one likes share consolidations, but the company needed to get their finances in order and it's better to do this now then wait a couple more years when we have 200M shares o/s. Hopefully with this shake up and re-capitalization they can bring in more business and lower production costs allowing us to make back some of our investment.
