My personal belief is that Syrah Resources is a likely partner ... recall last year that Syrah was looking in the southeast USA ...they have the money ... they have the expertise ... a position or partnership in Alabama Graphite would certainly fit the bill.

I have attached a link to their most recent presentation made to investors in Asia ... Syrah has included info on the Tesla Model 3 as well... with the intimation that they would like to supply Tesla ... well its hard to supply product from where there mine currently is, which is Africa ... add the Made in America requirement .and one gets the sense that they urgently need a US position .... ding ding ding ... ALP is the logical choice, no?

Do I have any special info? Not at all. Just connecing some dots.
