RE:Pafra Enterprises Company

RE:Pafra Enterprises CompanyIn my opinion I think what is happening is " the right to acquire " as been given to GCO in the past and that cannot be taken away, simply because of all the parties involved. If GCO was stripped of its right to acquire Karakul, I think there would be numerous law suits by all the parties involved who have invested in the project. So, the way I understand it, ARM's portion of ownership in the project is being auctioned off to pay back IP. This brings us to the million dollar question. Who is ready to buy into the Karakul project ? EBRD already has invested $21 million USD into this project. They might want to invest more to grab a bigger portion. Maybe IMHL or Easpring or BGRIMM or a Chinese bank or a rich Russian businessman or The Russian Federation itself might want to buy directly into the project ? I guess time will tell, April 12 is not that far away ...
