Roller - you could at least get the numbers right. There are 259.6M OS now and another 19.3M coming for a total of 278.9M. As for Haywood saying BGM is worth $200M - you can't use the flow through issue price to set a market cap. It applies to the purchase of the 19.3M shares only. The MC now is $150M - and I share the view that this is overvalued relative to its peers - should be no more than half that. JMO.
