Arguably Hamhock161...  .70¢ is a viable share price as there were an additional 700M+ share warrants issued as a Broker payment. They were issued at the price of the issue which is 70¢ which clearly becomes a milestone in estimating MC.
Now they might not get exercised for 24 months per the agreement but the way this thing is moving up along with increasing gold price... I bet they don't  last long.  So for arguments sake... your 330MM shares at 70¢ is pretty significant and aligns with Haywood numbers.
Also if you are going to be the voice of the record keeper.... please ensure these warrants are accounted for in your totals number.
So the only question remaining is ..who is right... hammer161 or Haywood!?!?!?  I know where my bet is placed.
