RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:90 days Trial done - no news - no trades - all dead?bullboardmonkey, your post had two questions, so how do I remain optimistic? I guess I already answered that but the fact that I am optimistic is why I still have my position in VPT. And I don't mind defending the idea even though the investment overall has shrunk by about 70%. It could have been worse but a couple years ago I bought like a pig at the fifty/sixty cent range to average down. Had I not done that, my break even point would be about $1.70 at eighteen cents today. At the current price I feel that is prudent to average down again even though I feel that I can make gains here if I wait it out. Averaging down again would take me to a lower break even point and add to overall gains in the investment. As a believer, that's what I'll work at.
The thing is, Dr Adams isn't exactly on my Christmas card mailing list either but no one held that gun to me to make me buy the stock. I like to think that I have to take responsibility for my actions and act accordingly. To me, there is no one to blame. So, with that idea I just refuse to act like the snot nosed kid throwing a tantrum because things are not looking so good. Of the two choices available is a chance to fix up the break even point or quietly just fold the tent and quietly be gone.
As it is, with cash and a deal pending, enhanced tech team and stronger BOD and life saving technology, what's not to like?? I think this "New Game" is refreshing!!
FWIW
good luck!
