With the exercise of wts ICG holdings would be about 15% of ER which is not bad a piece of pie. ICG may decide to increase its stake... leading to a TO of ER, or sell out, for a tidy profit, in a bidding war, i.e. playing a similar role of Falconbridge in the Robert Friedland's Voisey's Bay gambit.
