RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:re: newsI think the main reason Ohara and Alfa went to court in that management and some board members stood to benefit huge from the catalyst deal getting 10% of new equity / company. The fact they are even considering that offer is a huge conflict of interest.
