RE:RE:RE:RE:Ecodes Study

RE:RE:RE:RE:Ecodes StudyI certainly hope you are correct Schiff but there are too many holes in the argument. I see nothing telling about Minesa and EOM operational staff meeting with a military officer over a simple case of vandalism. I also disagree that Santos is not running the show and that Minesa is running it. If you are correct, Minesa would find a way to get EOM out of the picture without having to buy them out. It was almost accomplished by the Constitutional Court decision until EOM threatened arbitration.

It does put Minesa plans on hold for a very long time if it goes to arbitration and really messes up their timelines. I agree that we will never get to arbitration but that would require Santos to resolve the paramo threat which he will no doubt do in a way that saves face. Minesa is not our friend, they will begrudgingly offer a buyout. Minesa and Santos may indeed be collaborating on acquiring EOM property but the move by EOM to threaten arbitration has put the cat among the pigeons.

Santos will call the shots on removing uncertainty from the EOM situation probably by ordering a review of the paramo coordinates. We should get an indication soon as to how that will be accomplished as the clock is running on him. In the meantime we are all just speculating.
