This could explain some of the sell side on Friday. Some warrants are 26c and the vast majority are 30c, so I guess whatever terms regarding the SP being above a certain price for X number of days has been reached. The expiry date is end of June anyway. I think De Jong said $6mil of warrants were forced so @ 30c it is 20mil which is basically all the outstanding warrants. To cover the cost of $mil, 12mil shares @ 50c would have to be sold. If equal number of shares were sold to the number of warrants exercised, then 20mil shares would hit the market. SP held up well on Friday but let's see what happens in next few days, I'm looking to buy a few more. There could be a NR out regarding the forced exercise of warrants.

My .30 warrants are still intact at the end of the trading day Friday.
