RE:RE:$1M+ insider buying on CXR

RE:RE:$1M+ insider buying on CXRHey Lettuce! Looks like you're adding some eggs to the salad!?

Some good discussions here!  Finally!  Your mindless bashing was getting tiring!

Now we have some real meat to chew on.

What's your position here?

You're on Concordia like this with FUD to buy shares for yourself or allow your bosses to buy the whole company in a hostile take over?

Disclosure please.  We like the know the enemy. LOL

Lattice wrote: FullReversal, Canadian Securities Administration coordinates insider buying through SEDI and not StocktTwits.   SEDI includes all mandaotry document filing and retrival system for Canadian public companies.  I would suggest that you change your source for insider buying from "StockTwits"  (although I know you may identify with the name)  to SEDI to give you a more comprehensive view of insider buying, selling, third party derivatives (such as options and warrants) as well as other transactions such as change of ownership of shares.  On SEDI, you can also view that Concordia directors have awarded themselves over  1,100,000  grants of warrants so far in 2016  (THAT'S A PURE GOLD STORY IN ITESLEF).  Both SEDI and SEDAR Websites have been down all day or I would do the apprpriate screen prints for you.

The SEDI website:  https://www.sedi.ca

SEDI shows insider buying and buying and selling of third party derivatives which will give you a more complete picture of insider transactions in a company.  Jordan Kupinsky exercised options in November, 2015  and although they did not have an expiry date he sold  100,000  shares on the public market on or about December 31, 2015.  On SEDI, you can also see the change in ownership Mark Thompson did in a transaction filed on March 28, 2016 of ALL the his shares (even including the 60 shares he bought in January 2016!) to a Limited numbered company.  This this information is not displayed on StockTwits or Canadian.insider   If yo want to play with the big boyz, upgrade to SEDI.  I don't believe you need an account to retreive the information that I have stated  (although it appears like you may need your hand held....)
