RE:THOUGHTS ON PUNY LAWSUIT.........Couldn't agree more......and I wish to add: The question is.....why did this lawsuit not come much earlier and the answer is ......its opportunistic at best given the flood of money into the shares and Haywood recently. Second question: What does the faults of P. George have to do with now when Snowden updated the faulty 43-101 with a technically sound analysis and revision and continue to have their hands all over the work that is being done for the next 43-101? Answer.....this stink lawsuit is advantageous at best, misguided at BGM as a company as it sits here in 2016 and most definitlely is a flimsy attempt to either get a reduced settlement or shares from the company for the bright future it has going forward......GL trying to fight E.S. and other principals who have a vested interest in this company to a very high degree. I put my money on them protecting THEIR sizable interests than somewhere firing a shot of shiite against the wall hoping it will stick!
