they didn't close PP today
 
1.) The company is in a decent cash position.
2.) The Lead investor remains committed to the company and investing in it and will continue to do so within the regulator requirements of remaining under 20% of the company and/or getting shareholder approval to go above 20%.
3.) Management and close shareholders are investing more.
4.) Moral is high.
5.) Pipeline is strong.

That are the Information i have.
In my thought, It's all in good condition, but the stock price isn't.
