Could be those millions of warrants that are being exercised are temporary keeping a lid on the share price, as they are being dumped onto the market by those taking some gains off the table, or in helping to pay for those warrants that they wish to add to their ICG shares.

I suspect with the volume that we've had today, and over the past several days this will wind down hopefully sometime this week. Integra knows this, and will probably hold off on any NR until the dumping stops.
