USD Exposure

USD ExposureI'm curious why HOT.un does not trade with a higher correlation to the USD.  It's assets are in USD, debt is in USD, income in USD, yet it seems to ignore significant moves in the dollar.  I have confirmed with the company that they are not currency hedged.  Any ideas?  User image
