Other offerings I've gone through would indicate the SP would trick down to the rights exercise price of .30 and since you need 2.66 rights for each share the rights will trade for anything below .11.  But that's with a stock that trades somewhat freely on the market.  With the tight volume here who knows what will happen with the SP so it's hard to say what they will trade for.  I know I'm not giving anything up on the market, this is a long play and I can't see anyone else letting shares go now, well not anyone that is in and has followed it.  With gold continuing it's run I think it will be interesting to watch this SP, I'll be totally grossed out if they drag the SP down themselves while we carry on the march to 1300.
