When I compare the valuation TOU gets to that of PPY I also have to laugh.  Our operating costs are comparable to them and we have way more reserves per share.  TOU produces 200,000 boed and trades for $6 billion.   In three months from now we will be producing 40,000 boepd and yet still trade at $450 million.  I put fair value on PPY at $9 per share when we hit that milestone.  A little less then TOU as we don' town our shiny new gas plant.
