PMT takeover potential?

PMT takeover potential?
I'm not trying to suggest that PMT is an imminent takeover but I think it's looking more and more likely down the road, so why?

1- Clayout is buying discounted bonds when they become available.

 2- East Edson property would be a great fit for TOU who bought the west Edson property and they can consolidate all processing and development on Edson as well as future development of secondary zones such as;

? Secondary Viking, Notikewin and Fahler horizontal development potential supported by 3D seismic exploration

 3-family owns almost 50% so any takeover would not be contested

 4-oil sands assets are long term assets and fit nicely with cavalier energy's future oil sands development projects.

 5-Panny Lead project is not currently valued into low SP so acquisition would add value in 2-5 years with commercial development of panny Lead

 6-a Takeover by TOU would get them back 6.25 million of their own shares at low prices for future appreciation to help pay for the takeover

the signs all point to a takeover IMHO, but it might not occur any time soon, but for a future growth and survival perspective, TOU buying PMT makes perfect sense for everyone

and PMT shareholders can finally stop worrying if their shares will be worth anything in 12 months time?

just guessing so DYODD
