RE:RE:Moringa
RE:RE:MoringaI think this part really sums up a good portion of the benefits "The leaves offer a spectrum of nutrition, rich in vitamins A, B, and C, as well as protein, calcium, and iron. They are so nutritious in fact, that they contain more vitamin A than carrots, more vitamin C than oranges, more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach, more potassium than bananas, and more protein than either milk or eggs!"
I've only been taking a 1/4tsp twice a day (Half of what it suggests) and I must say my mind feels clear and I haven't been waking up throughout the night as I had been over the last month. Again, i've only been taking it for 3 days so it could be the Moringa powder helping or it could just be life. Either way, with all of the benefits i'm going to continue having a serving in the morning and a serving in the afternoon with my protein shake :)
