You could be correct.  It appears that they own this stock in three different places under slightly different funds.

I was surprised to see so many Institutions and even some Funds (10 million shares) in a stock that was under $1.  Under a $1 used to be off the radar screen for a lot of big investors, that is what is so intriguing about this stock.

The downside is that they can create big upsides when buying in and big downsides when they start unloading.  If you own 22 million shares and sell off a couple of million it is less than 10% for them but hits the market pretty hard.  It is what it is but I really like this company upside; very safe country, supportive country, and very low cost production.  If they start expanding their resource or validating their resources significantly as they just did, it will be bought out but I don't think these guys are going to give it away the same way did my Lake Shore Gold.
