probably good idea to wait for the uptrend usually, however this can jump by 20% aftrr each positive NR so then you have a physiological battle of whether this is too expensive now... that it will drop again and the higher it goes the worse the battle is... If majority of creditors are okay with the delay then I figure that they also would like valeant to succeed rather than default
