there was and there is no insider buying.. only repricng of their options...     i don*t think something will happen in 2016 and 2017 ...they will run out of money sooner or later or they will dilute further ... really sad   .... nobody will give them 300-400 million for the capex...   or 150 million$ for a 50:50 JV...
