RE:People don't know what managed risk is anymore...Your optimism is admirable and you may yet prove to be correct that UR will be a huge winner but the market doesn't agree. Does that make the market stupid or wrong? In the 3 years that UR has been public, they have consistently failed to deliver on what, initially, seemed like an interesting concept connected to the ISS. It certainly hasn't attracted any suitors.
As time has rolled on, multiple players have entered the marketplace with satellites, drones and whatever. In the meantime the company has tried to dazzle the market with smoke and mirrors and very little solid information. As an original investor with great hopes, I bailed a year ago. Maybe you should consider doing the same.
