100k VMS shares = 39203 RNX shares. If RNX shares after yes vote = .515 a share x 39203= 20,189.54 you gain 189.54.  IF YOU AVERAGE over .20 to say .40 a share ( i think a lot of people are jmo.)
YOU figure it out, stinks hey. RNX sp @ .32 now, after yes vote could be .18 - .32 . Maybe more.
You can see some shareholders with .40 ave will need a RNX sp way over .51 . You do the math. Stinks , jmo.


The lawsuit really killed this company`s stock price for years. I think there is better prospects with RNX than VMS. Only time will tell though. The fact our largest shareholder is for this says a lot about VMS by itself.
