RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:LTS is far away from BankruptDebt got crushed for lots of reasons.  High on the list would be the Debt swap screwing over the bond holders (albeit it was sophisticated parties who should have known the risks).  Management still has dials to turn... In reality they can sell assets on the cheap and repay bonds at pennies on the dollar.  

The Moody's report was likely based on 0.72 exchange rate and $35 oil.  If oil moves higher, CAD moves higher, liquidity is maintained after borrowing base discussion, then there will be a big move upward.

Yes, it is gambling. Nobody is debating that but I think there is 30% chance that LTS survives long term and moves above $2-3 (6-10x current sp).  I'm certainly not going overweight LTS but it's not a terrible gamble.
