I'm curious how you know they are borrowing to pay interest?  The 2016 guidance was based on $35 WTI and 0.70 CAD so they are probably covering all costs and more at $42.  In 2015 they repaid $87MM onto the LOC with surplus cash flow and I think they averaged $48.80 WTI.
