Interesting Developments Vis-A-Vis AMK

Interesting Developments Vis-A-Vis AMKThe AMK announcement is very interesting, particularly this portion:

"The corporation is seeing a resurgence of interest in the Golden Triangle region of British Columbia, and several parties have identified the Treaty Creek property as noteworthy and have expressed an interest in the project.

"The amended agreement allows the corporation to better position itself to take advantage of the increased activity and awareness associated with Seabridge Gold and Pretium Resources advancing their respective projects located adjacent to and very near the Treaty Creek property."

So from what I can glean from this announcement, AMK wouldn't be making this change in the NSR unless that earlier agreement was standing in the way of something, maybe with Seabridge?  Then if something is done with, say, SEA or some other company, Teuton would also be part of a deal, which I'm guessing AMK is negotiating??  And it is curious that at this same time Teuton is doing a 2.5 million share PP.

There's still hardly any volume in TUO.  I'm not urging anyone to go out and buy shares.  But, to me, the stock has a lot of upside, and here is my number.

If and when the lawsuit is resolved and if and when the disagreement on the legal bill is disposed of, which are the two main "perceived negatives" on the SP, I see the company at least equaling the market cap of AMK, which could cause our SP to rise ten fold or more.  Don't forget, there was a totally arbitrary 1 for 5 reverse split which was done when there were torrents of bad news and worse news hitting Teuton.  That situation has already reversed itself and new income streams are in place with the Pretium and other options.  Another reason I say "ten fold" is that the value of AMK vs. TUO is six fold with their market cap being $10.7 million and ours at $1.4 million.  Arbitrageurs, are you listening?  Look at the mining tenures of each; you'll find the flagship project (Treaty Creek) is practically 50 50 and TUO has a wealth of others and several providing income already.

Maybe Seabridge is interested in exploring Treaty Creek this summer.  Who knows; AMK's NR is very mysterious but something seems to be happening with Treaty Creek and Teuton would be part of any deal.  So let's hope that AMK gets something done (or perhaps already has done so!) and we can all be on the same side again.  The back and forth bickering is getting exhausting and old.

I no longer get excited about any of this; those days are gone; too many ups and downs; lately, mostly downs.  I hope those of you (including myself) will recover some if not all of your losses in what has to be one of the most disappointing underachieving companies with monster potential -- I can't fix this sentence, but you know what I mean :)

GLTA... and good luck to AMK and its shareholders; I hope something is on the table!
