Free Haircut by PRE

Free Haircut by PREI personally believe in order to convince Note holders to reduce the DEBT, they need to gain something now or later on as the deal is done. What would be the incentive? One possibility, reduction of number of shares. As we have learned from WSJ it could be 10% left to existing share holders. Don't get me wrong that what I suppose could be the the WORST case scenario. The BEST is our current share price will go above $1.60 like it went 2 weeks ago.
