Sculley's shares were going to be exchanged for the preferred shares, just like the rest of us great unwashed. The fact that he actually voted in favor of this arrangement shows him to be hapless, rather than a scoundrel like the Founders. To me his leaving sends a mixed confused message- the kind that this company has been sending for months now.
Somewhat ironic that this Valley icon is a major reason why many here bought this stock in the first place, yet now that he's on the way out there is general happiness in the land.
Was Kerri Brass the guy that dreamed up this ridiculous plan, or just the poor schlub that is taking the blame?
