Mercedes maybe you forgot the last time we had similar good news, management did a big bought financing 2-3 days after below market value!
Its been dead money ever since that time, over a year now
Hoping this time is different, but mangements track record of issuing shares , options will most likely almost certainly, limit  the upside for long suffering shareholders
Unless there is further big news very soon I wouldnt be loading up
