Remember we closed yesterday at .035. So this order may have been placed before the open and it sat there. Now with tight shares, MM will generally just leave it alone, but in the case, they for a brief moment readjusted the bid/ask to reflect a downtrend hopefully to maybe entice sellers, but no takers and this trade just went off as a bottom feeder and got lucky indeed, because the bid/ask went back to .04/.045.
