Well done!! You have plucked out one end of their sensitivity scale - the one that at the time used 3 year rolling average metal prices. The pre-feasibility actualy used 4 year rolling averages of $1390 for Au and $3.44 for Cu for an IRR of 28%. While still high by todays prices they were valid then. Lots of studies from the tome would have used similar metal prices - not that thehy would now. Still a good project.
