Let's be clear - charts are useless on a stock like this. I apprecite that they are useful on certain things but not here. If you look at the last set of similar announcements (April 2015), you can see the exact same pattern. It hit a one day high of .16 and then waffled down until yesterday. This will likely be similar although the partner and type of relationship are an improvement.

It is an MOU - not a contract. There is nothing signed. We will be .11 by Wednesday.

And just to be clear, I am not a paid basher - I have 600,000 shares.
