I say... if the terms were not good enough.. it's good that they reject the aid. I mean... Bombardier is going to give away a part of its property for less than what it paid... and now, if it can secure a good order from Delta... it gives them a little more space to breathe.

Maybe Canada was asking too much for the aid.
