RE:Short position ???

RE:Short position ???
Short position is increasing every day .. its getting close to 7% which is considered the beginning of region where shorts take over the stock ... This is a interesting play , if company files 10k with normal data as expected as they have been saying I feel shorts will evaporate in 6 months ...if they fail or 10k has a bad surprise this 7% will go over 10% in a few days .. problem is can you believe the company which on one hand says they are on track for 10k and on the other hand signs a deal with bondholders to extend ...why do you need that if everything is ok ..that's where the market is betting I believe that there is a surprise in 10k or they won't be able to do for some internal problem ..but the market forces want to make sure current retail do not sell out and keep buying as long possible so that they can get out as much possible .. the tone of many recent articles also are trying to convince to hold on to stocks ...that's where I believe we might see a surprise...anyway I closed my 60% short position at below 40 which I had opened at 55... feel risk is on both side ..bought a few calls just in case to protect myself...I still feel we may see downside surprise which most retail investors are not anticipating
